'Your Coffin Or Mine'

I'm beginning a small series of paintings featuring Zombie Lovers. I think I'm going to aim for 6 or 8 14x8 paintings. I started the sketch this morning and cannot wait to keep working on it. I will post pictures as I complete them.

This year isn't off to a bad start. The creativity & motivation is palpable.

Lykke Li feat. Drake - A Little Bit Remix

I go to into a trance when I blast this in my headphones.

When I first heard Lykke Li's song "A Little Bit" I knew right away that I loved it. ("I knew like you know about a good melon."-- 'When Harry met Sally") It's also no secret that I'm a Drake fan. It started as a guilty pleasure and quickly grew into something much more.

So when I discovered that the two elements came together to form this song, joy shot through my fingertips!

Drake doesn't snatch the song for a sample and cut it up in unflattering ways. He choreographs it like a duet & does a great job at softly revealing his feelings as does she. Quite the Swedish hip-hop ballad. Enjoi.
